The office building was constructed in the beginning of the 1960’s, it is located on the Buda side on the corner of Csalogány St. and Kapás St. Csalogány Street is the link between Batthyány Square and Széll Kálmán Square. The street runs along the base of the castle and is perpendicular to the Danube; the office building is situated at its middle, and is easily accessible by car or public transport. At its present design it has 7 floors which are about 7,900 m2, from the first floor up there are 34 offices on each floor opening from a central hallway, the average size of the offices is about 22 m2. 

The popular Mammut shopping center, that offers a wide range of services, is located 500 meters from the building.
