Népliget Center meets all your requirements for a perfect business center. NépligetCenter is being buildt in two stages. The first stage, building A, providing 9 200 m2 of office space, was handed over in January 2008. As part of stage two, buildings B and C will provide an additional 16 600 m2 of office space. Their construction started in the same year, and they are to be handed over in the first quarter of 2010. Each of the buildings is a completely independent unit, which encompass a common garden. The Center is located at the intersection of three busy roads, Könyves Kálmán Boulevard Üllői Road, and the M5 freeway. With Népliget Center the Skanska Magyarország Ingatlan Ltd. became a partner of the European Commission’s Green Building Program. The prerequisite for becoming a Partner is that the energy consumption of the building complex should be 25% less than stated in relevant regulations.
