New Real Estate Investments - Soon Available Offices in Budapest

In our next article we will present a few in-progress real estate investments in Pest. Most of these will be finished in 2018 and available for the market inmediately.

Obviously, Pest's most frequented area is the Váci corridor when it comes to new offices. Below is a list of several office buildings from here, but do not forget that a new offices buildings open up from time to time in other parts of Pest. Let’s see the most significant developments!

1. Agora Park

Agora Park, also known as the “Mini Manhattan of Budapest”, is the new speculative investment of HB Reavis real estate company in Pest's most popular office corridor, on Váci Street. Within the Agora Budapest project, a total of 136,000 gross leasable areas will be built in five buildings in five years. One of the specialties of the investment is that the designers have also observed that a public park and walking paths built during the construction make the time of the work easier for the passersby. The whole complex at the foot of the Árpád Bridge is planned to be completed by 2023.

 2. Promenade Gardens

Another development of the Váci corridor is the new project of Horizon Develepment. Environmentally conscious and modern - this is the motto of the newly built office investment. The 25,000-squaremeter office space is waiting for the tenants with excellent technical solutions, favorable location, sustainable solutions and many services. The office building is due to be ready for 2018.

3. GTC Whitehouse

The GTC Group's new office block, the Whitehouse, is being built in a former elevator factory that was built in 1910. The designer plans to build a 2,000-squaremeter loft office in the turn-of-the-century refurbished elevator factory, and next to the building a 21,500-squaremeter, environmentally conscious and modern new office building. There are 250-2,880 square meters of rentable office space per floor, with many services and easy access. Its opening is expected in April 2018.

4. Magyar Telekom Headquarters

The new office building next to the Groupama Arena will be the new headquarters of the country's leading telecommunications service provider. The 55-thousand-square-meter office building has a 15-year lease for Wing Group and Telekom Group. Hungary's largest development in one single office building is expected to be completed in the second half of 2018.

5. Advance Tower

A new office building will be added to the portfolio of the Futureal Group with its new investment in Váci Street. The construction of the Advance Tower office building, which can be rented for nearly 12,000 square meters, is scheduled to be delivered by early 2018.
