The EL-TECH Center is an “A+” category building complex comprising of11 000 m2of office space. Besides hosting conventional activities (offices, laboratories, workshops) the building also houses conference rooms, a restaurant and snack bar, while underneath it is an underground garage with parking for 100 cars.

The heating of the building relies on a 600 kW thermal pump, which limits the energy consumption of the building while lowering communal costs at the same time.

The common goal of the investors was to create an electronics research-development-production center, where companies would have the opportunity to use the latest technologies in design, manufacture, assembly and testing facilities (for example: vibration, climate and EMC test laboratories, antistatic assembly facilities with “clean room” laboratories equipped with chip bonding technologies, CNC machine shop, etc)
