Business Center 99 is designed as a 4-building office complex, situated on at the corner of Váci Road and exactly at the Forgách Street metro stop station in the main business corridor district of Budapest. According to the plans, the currently two-building office complex will expand with two other buildings, the Lomb and Platán office buildings. The building complex offers offices of various sizes satisfying different needs for office space. The second building of the complex functions as the headquarters of KPMG, thus, we have tailored it according to the company’s requirements. The next two phases of the development (Lomb and Platán Business Park) are yet to be completed, which will increase the leasable area to 53,400 m2, will also provides opportunities for housing other company headquarters. The sycamore tree in the inner courtyard brings a piece of nature into the daily life of the office.
