The seven story office building was competed in 2000 and is located in the heart ofBudapest. Due to the vicinity of Kálvin Square it is easily accessible via metro as well as via the 4-6 tramlines on the boulevard. The building is located just 200 meters from Kálvin Square next to theNational Museumand the Szabó Ervin Library. It was constructed according to the basic engineering and aesthetic criteria of modern office buildings. Its most apparent advantages are its flexible space design, and the high level of expertise involved in its planning and execution.
