Special beacons light the internal surfaces of the atrium as well as the walls and the ornamental plasterwork restored to it original state, providing a unique inertial design effect. This effect is further enhanced by the modern red and daring furniture installations by Ron Arad Victoria & Albert. The building offers around 4800 square meters of space for rent, of which about 3200 square meters can be used for office space. Stately shop spaces with about six and a half meters of headroom were created on a significant part of the ground floor.
