This business and shopping center is located in the heart of the city, next toBlaha Lujza Square. This eclectic late 19th century-building functioned as the headquarters of Népszava (a daily paper) for decades, until it was purchased by a foreign-owned company in 1998. The renovation of the building finished in March 2000. It currently houses more than thirty retail premises, a café, a restaurant and nearly 80 offices to prospective customers and visitors, comprising more than 2 000 square meters in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
