The Róna office building is located in a mixed commercial and residential area in Zugló in district XIV, it was built in the beginning of the 1980’s on the corner of Szugló Street and Angol Street; the L-shaped building comprises 886 square meters. The inner courtyard has covered parking for 21 cars. There are two, six-person (500 Kg) elevators operating between the basement and the fourth floor. The 24-hour reception service insures access to the building. The ground floor houses a snack bar and a self serve restaurant. From the first floor to the fourth floor offices have been developed. If there are needs, which go beyond basic renovations, sharing the price of the projects can be negotiated with the owner. The basement houses storage spaces between 10 and 140 m2, which will be handed over to the tenants after cleaning.
